Please complete the following Google Form AFTER you have made payment:
(must be signed in to NISD student email to submit)

Students have to learn a class 1 solo memorized or a Class 1 Ensemble to qualify for STATE Solo & Ensemble
You will need an accompanist (It can be a recording or an in person accompanist) and you will have to make your own arrangements.
$16 fee for Regional UIL, $21 fee State Solo & Ensemble
